Abstract

This report presents the process of a family type developing, with a regular form and the change dingbats. The specifics proposes are: to analyze the features and peculiarities in the chosen work, Barren Lives, in order to base the creation of the typography family; to develop typography compositions with the developed family in order to emphasize the concept and to allow the visualization of the proposal applied; to consider a study concerning the typography, with the intention of stimulating the design and the national typographical culture.
