IMPACTOS DEL CONTROL CULTURAL Y PERSONAL SOBRE EL CLIMA ÉTICO Y EL APOYO ORGANIZATIVO PERCIBIDO PARA COVID-19

El objetivo del estudio es analizar el impacto del control cultural y personal en el clima ético y la percepción de apoyo organizacional para Covid-19. Para recopilar los datos, se aplicó un encuesta a las empresas que cotizan en la Bolsa de Valores (B3), obteniendo 150 respuestas. Para analizar los datos, se aplicaron modelos de ecuaciones estructurales y análisis comparativo cualitativo de conjuntos difusos (FsQCA). Los resultados muestran que el control cultural y personal influye en el clima ético de las organizaciones. Los resultados también muestran que el control cultural tiene una influencia positiva en apoyo organizacional percibido (AOP) para Covid-19, mientras que los controles personales tienen una relación negativa. Este estudio muestra que los tipos de controles cambian su importancia en la organización, y que el SOP para Covid-19 puede ser un mecanismo importante para enfrentar la pandemia por parte de las organizaciones.
