Abstract

The article introduces a proposal to evaluate knowledge management in a commercial company. In order to do this, exploratory research of a predominantly qualitative character has been carried out through a study conducted in a commercial company. To develop the proposal, the company controller was submitted to a semi-structured interview and a checklist was used to identify if the organization had elements necessary for the proposal operationalisation. The proposal’s viability depends on the high-level administration ability to connect information on indicators to the planning and control of defined strategies. The research contribution is a suggestion of a set of indicators which can facilitate monitoring of the internal and external company structures. Keywords: Indicators. Evaluation.
