Preliminary words. This analysis is developed from the perspective of the socio-historical consideration of the questions that will be analyzed later on (human dignity and human rights). In their philosophical orientation, due to their openness to dialogue, they are incomplete, opened, and exposed to the critical and loving scrutiny of those who are concerned with these themes. Besides, I will focus on human dignity from its negation, that is to say, from the scrutiny of some conditions that prevent life projects and humanity building from being generated in the name of a strategy claiming to possess the common sense and the realism of the “world (the only one) posibleâ€.
